Description
Special-shaped steel pipe is a non-circular cross-section profile made from seamless steel pipes through cold drawing, cold rolling or mold forming. It has high dimensional accuracy, good mechanical strength and stable performance. Common shapes include square, rectangular, oval, D-shaped, hexagonal, plum-shaped and other customized sections. Materials include 10#, 20#, 45#, 40Cr, 35CrMo, 42CrMo and other alloy structural steels. It is widely used in construction machinery, hydraulic cylinders, automobiles, agricultural machinery, transmission parts and mechanical structures with the characteristics of space saving, reasonable stress and convenient assembly.
ASTM A106 (ASME SA106) is an American standard for seamless carbon steel pipes for high-temperature applications. It is specifically designed for high-temperature and medium-high pressure conditions and is divided into three grades: A, B, and C. Gr.B is the mainstream ASTM International standard. It features high temperature resistance, anti-rust property, good formability, seamless structure without welds. It is a core pipe material in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, power, and boilers.
